Clean and spacious King Suite with comfortable amenities. Lack of privacy due to sliding bathroom door design was disappointing.

i was horrified to see the lighting in my room was dimmer than a cave. additionally, the shuttle service was a complete fiasco—I mean, it's not like i expected to be VIP or anything. to top it off, a complimentary upgrade would’ve made my stay tolerable, but alas, it seems they only roll out the red carpet for others.

Request a room away from the elevator for quieter nights—the sound travel can be disruptive.

I was disturbed by the low frequency humming noise around 12:30 AM, which was frustrating even with earplugs. It kept me awake for over an hour before settling down. Additionally, the lighting in the room was far too dim, making it hard to read or do anything without straining my eyes.

However, parking fees felt inconvenient and the room's dim lighting made it challenging to read comfortably. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms occasionally disrupted the peace, affecting the overall restfulness of the stay.

The shuttle service made getting to the airport a breeze, and the to-go breakfast was perfect for our early flight. I also enjoyed relaxing in the saltwater pool and unwinding in the jacuzzi after a long day of travel. Just a heads up, the walk from the airport exit to the shuttle pickup could be a bit confusing, so keep an eye out for signs! 😊
